This entire DOGE cutting the budget thing could be solved with one new law. Ask the people what their taxes can be spent on. Give them 20 categories, immigration enforcement, liberal arts, feeding children in Africa, etc. Restrict 50% of the persons taxes to only those chosen categories. The other 50% runs the basic government. You would know really quick what the public supports or not.

This is the initial launch of Quick Thoughts. Getting the PHP correct for this tiny little box was a pain. I had a weird character or space somewhere that continuously made my text screw up. Thanks to perseverance and ChatGPT it is now functional.

Conspiracy Rant: Have you ever wondered why everything is offered with cheese on it? I like cheese, but not on everything. If I want cheese, I should have to ask for it, not ask to not have it.
